Transformer Winding Services Ltd. operates a sophisticated suit of transformer design software allowing us to design a transformer even while discussing the requirements with the customer. Our manufacturing process allows us to make one or one thousand of a particular design.
For toroidal transformers we manufacture cores in house, from high-grade grain oriented steel, to any required size, up to one metre diameter. This allows us to keep lead times to a minimum.
We maintain an ISO17025 accredited Test House. Each transformer is fully tested before being despatched with a test report.
We test to current ISO and Australian standards. We are also able to test to earlier versions of these as well as the old British Standards.
We have access to a laboratory that is able to provide Type Testing to these standards.
